Welcome to the KCS User Group website

The User Group was formed in 1991 to represent the interests of users of all of KCS software. It is an independent, national organisation for users of k-EM, k-PAYE and k-TIME. It aims to encourage the sharing of experiences, insight, and knowledge about KCS software for the professional enrichment of its members.

As a licensed user of KCS software you are invited to join the KCS User Group.

The User Group is entirely separate from KCS Management Systems plc. It is run by a committee drawn from the membership, which includes non-voting members from KCS. We have a close working relationship with KCS, to ensure that our members have the maximum opportunity to resolve problems, share ideas and benefit from the latest information, including previews of new software releases and a say in their content.
